From our principles and for your safety, it is not allowed to return or exchange digital products even if they are in their original condition and have not been used,
Except for products that arrive to you damaged or you receive a product other than the one you have purchased. You can also return hardware products provided that they have not been used or opened and that they are in their original condition as received from Tasawji through the shipping companies.
When returning a sound, undamaged product, i.e. in its original condition, the fees are borne by the customer and its value is 30 riyals and it will be deducted from the value of the returned product.
When returning the damaged product, a marketing store bears the full fees.
How to replace / return the damaged product?
In customer service, we will serve you in this regard by sending you a ticket on demand or through the customer service available on our website, provided that the replaced / returned product is in its original condition and in its original packaging and has not been used, opened or changed the packaging features of the product.
The period allowed for the replacement / return of the damaged product?
You can exchange / return the damaged product within 7 days of the purchase.
How long does the replacement / return process take for a damaged product?
We work hard to make you satisfied, the exchange/return process may take up to 10 business days.
In the return process, how can I refund the amount I paid?
The amount will be refunded after the damaged product reaches us and its condition is confirmed, and then the amount is transferred to your account immediately.
In the replacement process, what are the steps taken about it?
When you want to replace the damaged product, and choose the replacement product, we ask you to pay the amount of the difference between the damaged product and the replacement product.
